Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the software development and test teams.
- Oversee the development of the product suite and bespoke software projects.
- Engage with various departments including pre-sales, product management, and engineering.
- Drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a scrum master, ensuring agile methodologies are adhered to.
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing software engineering teams.
- Extensive knowledge of coding patterns, tools, and software development life cycles.
- Experience in managing high-profile projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Your Role:
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of software solutions.
- Provide weekly development schedule updates.
- Drive each sprint and product release to success.
- Effectively allocate resources and manage software life cycle.
- Maintain a focus on goals within the development and test teams.
- Report on status, progress, and resource levels to stakeholders.
